The wise and learned do not find the truth of God; it is found by those who do not consider themselves wise, to whom God grants the understanding to find it: "Blessed is the man who finds wisdom, the man who gains understanding!" — Proverbs 3:13

The wisdom that man finds is God. It is not about stumbling upon something fortuitously, unexpectedly, like finding a lost object or running into an old friend by chance. The expression indicates a noble thought, an action driven by the awareness of one's own powerlessness, a search prompted by one's inadequacy, a need to encounter God felt deep within the soul.

God is wisdom. Excluding Him from the knowable horizon makes it impossible to attain an understanding of things hidden from spiritual inquiry, or to grasp their moral reflection in the mystification that veils modern thought. Due to this reality, God's Truth is not found in the channels of consensus nor in the sanctuaries of the sacred. It is useless to seek it in those places: the knowledge of God does not offer itself to the system and does not shine in the temple of silence. It does not shine for the wise who are voluntarily blinded, it is not revealed to those who fear "seeing" for fear of finding themselves outside of consensus; it is not revealed to the learned who fear the wise because they are intimidated by the potential harm of distancing themselves from them.

The Truth closes the minds of the proud who judge matters they do not understand, resists the powerful who cover themselves in infamy, and the corrupt who are tragically deaf to its suggestions; the Spirit of Truth does not blow to praise the magnificent, does not reveal itself to exalt the magisterium, does not align with lies, and distances itself from those who have nothing to do with Christ! The Truth about the things of God is not popular, it never has been. It cries out in the marketplace alongside the words of God’s prophets, the Apostles, and those who through the centuries have testified to its authority, but few are those who listen.

But what is hidden from the powerful is revealed to the humble, who are great according to God's measure. To these humble ones of the earth, the revelation of God is given within the context of the written word, the Bible, and is understood through faith, the instrument of the Spirit. In this age marked by the damned and deceivers, it is possible to understand the things of God only by seeking them outside the labyrinths of popularity. God does nothing in association with those who practice injustice, but reveals Himself to the simple who seek to understand.
